In order that our personnel work safely and efficiently it is important that they receive any training that is appropriate and necessary for the job they are required to do. The performance, skills and competency levels that are the minimum standard across the company and the specific requirements for each role are identified on our training matrix database. Health and safety competency is a mandatory requirement and all project related staff receive comprehensive training including:

- Risk Assessment & Method Statements
- Asbestos Awareness
- Confined Space Entry & Rescue
- Working in Occupied Buildings
- Management of Work at Height
- Plant & Equipment
- Personal Protective Equipment
Employees are assessed against the training matrix during their annual appraisal to identify specific skills based requirements, CPD training and the identification of task / equipment specific instruction.
A strategic approach and policy for equipping, developing and training people ensures that our goals are achieved as set out in our business plan. Training is continuously monitored to address any changes in legislation or identify specific training needs, including client or site specific requirements.
