After graduating from North London Polytechnic with a degree in Institutional Management, Jo spent the first 20 years of her career in Catering and Events Management.
Needing to go part time when her daughter started school, Jo started work in a firm of accountants as Office Manager. This role soon developed to running the payroll for Clients and book keeping for the practice.
Jo started working for Mark and Lee in 2006 managing the book keeping and Payroll. When BB Contracts started trading in 2009 Jo was one of the first to join the team.
