Reconfiguration of the Showroom and Back of House Areas

Our long-standing client Berry BMW needed a complete reconfiguration of their showroom back of house areas and their workshop owing to new equipment being installed that required suitable height and space.
This meant considerable structural alterations for the removal of a concrete and steel mezzanine area and subsequent repurposing of various areas to accommodate this adaption.
BB Contracts oversaw the process and created new rooms/storage areas and a staff kitchen which all worked perfectly to make sure staff requirements were not compromised.
As part of this project, BB also undertook a complete overhaul of the entire development mechanical systems by removing old and inefficient plants and replacing them with new AC condensers and HW heating systems.
