Chancery Exchange, Furnival Street
BB Contracts have carried our three projects in Chancery Exchange (10 Furnival Street) for Frederick Holt and Co. All three schemes have covered the CAT A reinstatement of vacated office space in readiness for new lettings.
The works included new 4-pipe FCU and controls installations and full lighting renewals. BB Contracts had design and build responsibility for each project. The total value of works to date at Chancery Exchange amount to £1m across the three projects. All schemes were completed with minimal disruption to other occupiers of the building demonstrating BB Contracts skills in working in live occupied premises.
