Working alongside a case-goods installation team as a 3rd party to the project was a test on this scheme as BB Contracts were the main contractor but had no contractual sway over a large element of the work.
Overseeing and assisting with the install ensured that the program was adhered to. Keeping downtime limited to bathrooms and bedrooms in banks of six also ensured the hotel had minimal disruption to the day to day running of their operation and the commercial impact was reduced as a result.
