This project comprised the internal and external refurbishment of an existing industrial unit (with offices), including dividing it in to two separate units to aid the letting scenario that the Landlord wanted.
The units are owned by Zurich Assurance, but their Managing Agent Savills led the scheme and appointed BB Contracts following a tender exercise.
The works included a power upgrade and a fairly extensive internal refurbishment, plus external repairs and modifications.
