Gail’s Soho in Wardour Street was the 11th Gail’s project delivered by BB Contracts.
It involved a fit-out over 2 storeys. The work comprised a full strip-out and refit, including structural alterations to the basement, turning the basement into a full kitchen, and the installation of a dumb waiter. The contract value was £230,000 and was completed in 8 weeks.
