Single storey fit-out of a new and vacant developers shell which was subject to a BREEAM Very Good Rating.
BB Contracts were awarded this project in 2022 and supported fully on the front-end design input, costing and planning to get the project to the desired budget and to hit a very critical programme deadline for the January 2023 opening. A very successful project for all involved and a beautiful end result!
