Palladium House, Argyll Street

Value: 175k

Programme: 9 Weeks

Palladium House (opposite Liberty of London) is a Grade 2 listed art deco style, 7-storey office building. Originally constructed in 1928-1929 for the National Radiator Company as a scaled down version of their HQ building in New York.

BB Contracts undertook the refurbishment of the 5th floor to provide new Cat A offices. During the strip-out works the original parquet flooring was uncovered and subsequently fully restored to give this refurbishment office space a historic feel.

BB Contracts have been retained for other works in the building including refurbishment of the art-deco central stairwell.
