BB Contracts were brought in by our friends at Savills to work alongside them in producing a new office for their client Reneo Pharmaceuticals as they looked to relocate to a larger and more modern office for their UK team at Discovery Park in Sandwich, Kent.
We were engaged under a full design and build contract and worked closely with Savills and Reneo to design the best possible space to suit their needs. In addition, careful cost management ensured the project kept within the budget parameters.
Works on site included strip out of the existing space, acoustic upgrades throughout, new cellular glazed offices with new AV systems to create ‘zoom’ rooms and state-of-the-art video conferencing.
Finishing touches included a fully fitted kitchenette, supply and install of all furniture, and a full MEPH services upgrade. Services had to be extensively modified and adapted to suit the new space.
The client is now enjoying their hugely upgraded working environment completed on programme ready for 2023!
