A carefully restored Grade II-listed building featuring original wooden beams and exposed brickwork will be the main 28-cover dining room. Accompanied by two private dining rooms which will seat 8-10 people each.

Kieren Steinborn-Busse, (Head Chef @ The Falcon) who trained under Marco Pierre White and Alain Ducasse, says the restaurant will reflect his love of British comfort food and rustic recipes based around seasonal, local produce.

This Hertfordshire based project was an absolute pleasure for the BB team. As BB worked with a familiar face from a previous project at The Swan at the Globe, Bankside a couple years ago. This project is one we are really proud of as we gave this run-down building a real facelift which it deserved whilst keeping its original character.
