A Londoner’s Dream - Zone 1 Elephant & Castle, 45 Floors high with a breathtaking 360 degree view across London. The Luxury fit-out of the UNCLE Residential Apartments and Sky lounge.
BB Contracts were engaged to fit-out the top floor sky-lounge, basement tenant gym, and upgrade the reception decor. In addition, we were asked to install high-end FFE from the 10th floor up ready to accommodate those luck residents.
We would like to thank Realstar and Fitzsimons for their contributions on this one. The works have really made this exclusive residential block something special, allowing the apartments to easily be labelled as the perfect ‘home’. The uninterrupted skyline view speaks for itself!
