Following a competitive tender exercise, BB Contracts were appointed by Berkeley Homes to completely refurbish the 1st floor wing of the Peninsula West Tower at the Victory Pier development in Gillingham, Kent.
Nine apartments in all, plus associated common parts, were effectively rebuilt. The building remained occupied for the duration.
